Spicy Beef Noodle Soup
Asian food! Asians soups! We just love them and are so fond of this part of the Asian way of enjoying good food. They give so many opportunities to mix ingredients we love, on warm and delicious plates.
The recipe we want to show you today is our Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. It’s a gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free recipe.
You will need Rice pasta, chili oil, red bean paste, beef, pho flavor package, pak choi, and garlic to prepare it. And the good thing is that it does not require that much time as you will only need 25 minutes including preparation and cooking.
That soup and its spicy flavors will for sure make your winter evenings look warmer!

For a vegan version replace the beef with tofu

- Heat up the crispy chilli oil, add garlic (cut in little pieces) and chilli bean paste and fry for 2-3 minutes
- Add soya sauce and fish sauce, mix well and add rumspteak (cut into cubs)
- Directly add water and add one package of "Spices for Pho" in a cooking net
- Let it cook for 15 Minutes.
- Meanwhile cook rice pasta and cut Pak choi into big pieces
- After the soup has cooked for 15 Minutes, take out the spices, add the cooked Rice pasta and the Pak choi and cook for 2 more Minutes. Enjoy!
