Gluten-free & Dairy-free

If you did not know yet, one of us is a real, deep, old, fan of Friends, the TV show. Not a hard guess here, it is Shirien. She knows every single line, and from which episode or season this line is.

In this serie, one of the funniest character is Joey. In the show, Joey is pretty much attached to many things, and one of those things is his sandwiches.

He loves sandwiches, especially pastrami sandwiches. That inspired us to do a delicious version of it, with a gluten-free bread.

For the ingredients, we used gluten-free toast (from we brand Schär), pastrami, vegan mayo, pickles, grilled mushrooms, mustard and salad. We loved the results and wanted to share it with our community.
