What is the average price of a good almond butter? round about 25€-35€ for 1kg? It is indeed very expensive nowadays to get almond butter. Did you know that you could make your own delicious almond butter and for a price that would be way cheaper?

That is what we do and we are so happy about the results. All your need for that are almonds, a high power blender, and optionnally a vegetable oil. You will just have to blend the almonds until they become creamy. Don’t worry it can take up to 20-25 minutes, and can also vary depending on your blender. You can just keep an eye on the evolution of the texture from time to time.

It is also a good way to keep a good option for your daily protein source. Indeed almonds are a high protein source, and can be a good one when you don’t know how to replace protein in your specific diet.
