Sometimes I am sitting at home, relaxed on the couch and all I can think of is Chocolate. I need something sweet! Right now! And no, I do not want to go to the store and buy something. In those moments I often go into the kitchen and try new things. Like this vegan, chocolate, gluten-free, sugar-free 1 Minute Mug Cake.
All you need for this recipe is cacao, almond flour, sugar replacement, rice flour, baking powder, vegan milk and two pieces of your favourite chocolate (we recommend dark chocolate as it is sugar free). It takes 1 Minute in the microwave and it is ready! Itβs warm, creamy, flavour full, delicious and healthy. It contains no sugar, no dairy and no eggs.

- Mix everything, besides the chocolate, together
- Drop Chocolate into the dough and microwave it for 1 Minute
- If you want to save calories, you can leave the chocolate out. It saves you 140 kcal and 10 g of carbs.
