First time we tried that, we were speechless and asked ourselves “why did we not think about it before?” ! Did you ever think about combining two thinks that you desperately love ? it sounds obvious but it isn’t.
So WE HAD TO make our own B R O O K I E !! The perfect mix between brownies and cookies ! They are amazingly delicious. Look at them :
For the brownie part you will need : vegan butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, egg, almond flour, rice flour, and vegan dark chocolate.
Regarding the cookie part, all you need is : vegan butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, egg, almond flour, rice flour, baking powder and cacao powder.
Believe us, they will always create the surprise for your guests !

- For the brownie : Put vegan butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, rice flour, baking powder, xan gum, cacao powder, salt and almond flour together, mix it and put it in forms.
- For the cookie : put vegan butter, eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, dark chocolate chocolate chips, and top the brownie with that cookie dough
- Bake on 180° for 30 minutes
