Gluten free chocolate date cupcakes
One of the hardest things, when it comes to cupcakes is, to find a great and healthy way to create the most delicious buttercream. And we tried a lot. Many of them just don’t turn out well. And then we create those amazing, delicious, dairy free, sugar free cupcakes. And guess what, their buttercream is vegan!
To give those healthy, gluten-free cupcakes a little twist we use date paste, cacao powder and vegan butter for the topping and added a strawberry in the center. Yes: chocolate and strawberries! What a combo, aren’t we right?

Instructions
- Mix Egg, oil, Honey and Salt
- Add the rest off the ingredients for the muffins, mix well and add them evenly into muffin forms.
- Wash the Strawberries, cut of the green part, and press one into each of the muffins.
- Bake them for 20-25 Min on 180°
- While the muffin bakes, mix the cacao, date cream and vegen butter until it's a smooth cream.
- Take the muffins out of the one, once done, let them cool down and top with butter cream.
