Winter is coming! And when it is winter nothing better than sitting or laying on a couch, watching a movie, and having something warm and delicious to eat.

For us, one of the best combos during winter is mug cakes. This is the perfect alternative to have the pleasure of a hot chocolate and a hot cake at the same time.

We recently tried a new one with a cookie style and it was delicious.

For this mug cake, all you need is almond flour, gluten-free flour of choice, apple sauce, baking powder, vegan sweetener, vegan milk, Xan gum, and vegan dark chocolate.
