Vegan & Gluten free Twix Bars

We all know Twix bars right? These delicious snacks, made out of biscuits, caramel, and glaze with milk chocolate, were produced for the first time in the ’60s. They are one of the most famous snack bars, and we do love them.

But of course, regarding allergies for example, or a vegan diet, it can be complicated to enjoy.

That is the reason why we decided to create our own version of gluten-free and vegan Twix bars.

Pretty easy and funny to make, they require: almond flour, vegan butter, vegan milk, zero-calorie powder sugar, salt, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vegan chocolate.

And there they are, delicious, crunchy, and vegan!

Vegan & Gluten free Twix Bars

Ingredients

Almond Base
Peanut butter layer
Chocolate glaze

Instructions

  1. Put together almond flour, zero calorie powder sugar, and salt
  2. Mix it well then add melted vegan butter and vegan milk
  3. Mix it and put your almond bars base in your bar mould
  4. Bake this almond base for 10 minutes
  5. To start your peanut butter layer, melt peanut butter, add zero calorie powder sugar and coconut oil to it, and mix them well
  6. Add your layer on the almond base and freeze to make it harder
  7. Put together melted dark chocolate and coconut oil, and dip the bars in it to have them fully covered of chocolate
