Nothing new about the main ingredients of a classic crêpes recipe, you will need : Corn flour, corn starch, eggs, vegan butter, vegan milk, vanilla sugar, xan gum, your sugar replacement of choice, and cassava flour which will be the key ingredient here.

Indeed, cassava flour will be your best friend in your “baking gluten free” process, trust us !

Instructions

  1. Put together cassava flour, corn flour, corn starch
  2. Add your sugar replacement, Xan gum, vanilla sugar, 6 eggs, and vegan butter
  3. Mix it all with vegan milk until you have a smooth texture
  4. Warm up vegan in a pan and make your crêpes.
