Easily done, healthy and tasty, the perfect combo. Only four main ingredients: shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup, and dark chocolate.
This coconut hit will always be a good snack alternative! Your friends will love this recipe and if you put it in the freezer, you have bounty ice cream in less than 20 minutes. Enjoy!

The easiest way of a homemade bounty
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix shredded coconut, coconut oil and maple syrup (you can also use any other syrup of choice), and fill into mini muffin forms (check out our instagram video for instructions)
- Freeze for 30 minutes
- Melt dark chocolate and dipp the frozen coconut bars into it, until they are fully covered
- Decorate with shredded coconut and put them into the fridge until the chocolate is dried.
