Tahini Chocolate Nut Bars

Healthy snack bars have an important place in many people’s diets, as they are a great replacement for little cravings throughout the day. They can also replace a breakfast in case we are running late ;)

That’s why we love them. They are so easy, you can easily store them in the freezer on in the fridge and just pick one on the go.

But to find recipes that are healthy, tasty, sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free is not always easy.

Our newest favorite onse are those Tahini Chocolate Nut Bars. They are just delicious!

For this recipe, all you need is : dates, almonds, cacao, agave syrup, dark chocolate, walnuts, and tahini. Thats it. That simple and that delicious.

We think that the mix of the tahini and the chocolate give the perfect kick to those bars. They are low carb, sugar-free, made out of healthy fats, and they are definitely the perfect snack according to us.

Tahini Chocolate Nut Bars

You can top your nutbars with dried fruits, nut butter or what ever you like

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix Dates, almonds, walnuts, agave syrup and cacao in a blender.
  2. Press dough into baking form of choice
  3. Melt dark chocolate and mix with tahini.
  4. Pour chocolate-tahini mix over dough and decorate with walnuts.
  5. Freeze until firm (3-4 hours, depending on the baking form you choose)
