Vegan & Gluten-Free Tiramisu
T I R A M I S U !!! This universal dessert language! But for people with intolerances, it can be very difficult as it contains sugar, gluten, and dairy. And to do it at home without all those things is extra hard as it is:
hard to find gluten-free Boudoirs (Tiramisu biscuits)
hard to find a sugar-free version
hard to find vegan mascarpone
hard to make it out of an egg-free version
Yes it is a lot and a big struggle for many people, but don’t worry, thedashiway got your back. We adapted a cool recipe we founded online to make it work for all the intolerances above.
Hard to believe? Ok, so grab chickpeas water, sugar replacement, vegan mascarpone (if you live in Paris you can find it for example in un monde vegan), gluten-free boudoirs (for example from the Brand Schär), or biscuits of your choice, coffee, and cacao powder, and you ready to follow us.
It will take you only a few minutes to prepare, and you will have to let it rest from 6 to 24 hours and boom, ready to satisfy literally everybody!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Bring Aquafaba to boil in a pot until it is reduced to 100 ml and then let it cool down
- Mix the cooled Aquafaba with a teaspoon of vinegar and slowly add the sugar replacement until the aquafaba is stiff. This process takes about 10 Minutes. Do not stop to early otherwise your cream will be too liquid later
- Add the mascarpone to the Aquafaba, start mixing it with a wood spoon and finish by using the mixer.
- Put 2 Bisquits into a small bowl, cover them with 1 teaspoon of hot coffe, add 2 Spoons of the Aquafaba mix on top of it and repeat until you used all the ingredients. Make sure that your last layer is the Aquafabacream.
- Put your tiramisu into the fridge for 6-24 hours. Before serving, top with Cacao
