Ingredients
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 2 large eggs, ¾ cup sugar, and ¾ cup oil. Stir until it's all smooth and well-mixed.
- Throw in 2 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of vegan milk. Mix it up until the flavors blend together nicely.
- Slowly add ½ cup + 4 tbsp of gluten-free baking flour. Don't forget to sprinkle in ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of baking powder. Mix everything until it looks like a thick batter.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of vegan pink chocolate chips. If you don't have those, you can create your pink shade by adding food coloring to white vegan chocolate chips. Also, toss in 2/3 cup of white vegan chocolate chips for that extra sweetness.
- Preheat the oven to 180°. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Slide the pan into the preheated oven for 20-30 Minutes. Keep an eye on it, and when a toothpick inserted comes out clean, your pink brownies are good to go!
- Let your brownies cool a bit before slicing into squares. Now, grab a piece, share with friends, and savor the deliciousness of your Easy Pink Brownies!
