I am sure you already tried millions of bananbreads. But this one is definitly worht the try: it is easy, gluten free, dairy free, and delicious.

You only need a few ingredients and 20 Minutes. The rest is done by the oven for you. We used only a small amount of carbs so this recipe is also low-carb.

Gluten free Bananbread

Perfect for breakfast or as a snack!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix Eggs and vegan butter for 5 minutes and add agave syurp. Mix well.
  2. Add 4 bananas and all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until the Bananas are well combined with the dough.
  4. Pour dough into silicone baking form, cut Banana into half and add on top of the dough. Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes on 180ยฐ.
