Gluten free Bananbread
I am sure you already tried millions of bananbreads. But this one is definitly worht the try: it is easy, gluten free, dairy free, and delicious.
You only need a few ingredients and 20 Minutes. The rest is done by the oven for you. We used only a small amount of carbs so this recipe is also low-carb.

Instructions
- Mix Eggs and vegan butter for 5 minutes and add agave syurp. Mix well.
- Add 4 bananas and all dry ingredients.
- Mix until the Bananas are well combined with the dough.
- Pour dough into silicone baking form, cut Banana into half and add on top of the dough. Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes on 180ยฐ.
