Sweet Summer Rolls

We all heard about summer rolls right (Also called “Rouleau de printemps” in french) ? This rice paper roll, with vietnamese origins, made with herbs, shrimps or meat for exemple and rice pasta. We talked one day about sweet versions of it and right away we decided to cook some. It was a blast ! Literally, we were blown away !!!
So had the urge to share with our followers this amazing recipe for sweet summer rolls, vegan and gluten-free.
The ingredients are quite simple to get as you need : thai rice, coconut milk, water, agave syrup, rice paper, fruits of choice and we took a vegan white cocolate for the dip.
So you don’t need to wait for summer to try these beauties !

Instructions
- Cook the rice with coconut milk, water and agave syrup until soft.
- Cut all Fruits in thin slices
- Dip Rice paper in water and put it on a plate
- Put some of the cooked rice horizontally in center of sheet, place fruits of choice on top of it.
- Fold corner point facing you up over filling; roll sheet to enclose filling, folding in sides after first complete turn of roll. Repeat with remaining sheets.
- Melt white chocolate and dip the rolls in it. Enjoy!
