Cassava chocolate Brownies
Hot brownies, fresh out of the oven, the inside is still soft and warm and the first bite taste like heaven. Oh, how I missed brownies since I went gluten free and sugar free. But here they are: the perfect, low carb, low calorie Brownies that you won’t regret.
One of our favourite online stores is iherb.com because they sell so many low carb, sugar free, zero calorie, paleo and gluten free food. This recipe is made out of their low carb paleo cassava flour, their sugar free dark chocolate, their almond flour from barneys, their zero calorie chocolate sauce and their delicious sugar replacement, called monk fruit.
Those Brownies contain 1040 kcal in total and 102 gram of carbs. You will mostly have 9 Brownies out of this recipe, so one of them only contains 115 kcal and 11 grams of carbs. Do you know how much kcal a normal Brownie has? 350! Wow, right?
To make those brownies, you won’t need a lot of time. The whole process, including baking, is round about 30 minutes long. To make your brownies special, you can use your creativity and add different things. For example, here we used a carrot to make it more sweet and soft. But feel free to use what ever you like, such as nuts, fruits, candies or whatever makes you happy (note that the kcal amount can change).
