Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Muffins
“Muffins should always be eaten quite calmly, as it is the only way to eat them”. Who cannot relate to that quote from Oscar Wilde, uh ? I definitely can as i’ve always loved muffins and enjoy the tasting moment to the fullest ! That’s why we decided to share with you this delicious recipe : Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Muffins.
So, do you have 10 minutes ? Well, that will be all you need to prepare the following recipe ! How amazing is that ?
To prepare it, you will only need almonds, gluten free flour of choice, your favourite sugar replacement, dark chocolate, baking powder, cinnamon, Xan gum and almond milk. As simple as that. You can of course replace the dark chocolate filling with something else, but don’t forget that the calories can change.
One of the amazing things about that recipe is that, in addition of being gluten free and dairy free, this recipe is also vegan as we didn’t use any eggs.
Who said that healthy baking is long and tricky ? After 10 minutes of preparation, and 20 - 30 min baking in the oven, your delicious muffins will be ready.
We really like to use them as desserts but they can be used for breakfast as well, or even as a little quick snack, when you can’t wait until the next meal.
