We love meat and we love Avocados! So this recipe has it all. It is low carb, sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, low in histamine, and just delicious. It is a perfect way to end the day in a healthy way.
And the best thing about this recipe is that you donโt need a lot to create this deliciousness: You need Avocados, some herbs and flavours, a good steak and some nice olive oil. Thats all. Isnโt that easy!?
But what is the secret of soft, juicy, perfect Steak? Our secret is, to only fry each side of the Steak for 3-4 Minutes maximum on high heat and then turn off the stove, take out the steak and let it sit for a few more minutes. You will see, it is going to be just perfectly pink and not dry at all.

- Cut herbs and Avocado in small pieces and mix with 2 tbsp of Olive oil, 2 tbsp of Vinegar, Salt & Garlic Powder
- Heat up oil in a pan, flavour steak with salt & Garlic Powder and fry each side 3-4 Minutes on high heat.
- Take the Steak out of the pan and let it sit for a few more minutes.
- Cut Steak in slices and top it with the Avocado Salad
