Keto Beef Steak with Avocado Salad

We love meat and we love Avocados! So this recipe has it all. It is low carb, sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, low in histamine, and just delicious. It is a perfect way to end the day in a healthy way.

And the best thing about this recipe is that you don’t need a lot to create this deliciousness: You need Avocados, some herbs and flavours, a good steak and some nice olive oil. Thats all. Isn’t that easy!?

But what is the secret of soft, juicy, perfect Steak? Our secret is, to only fry each side of the Steak for 3-4 Minutes maximum on high heat and then turn off the stove, take out the steak and let it sit for a few more minutes. You will see, it is going to be just perfectly pink and not dry at all.
