VEGAN SUMMER SALAD
For the last weeks, I have been craving Tofu. Smoked Tofu to be specific. It is just so delicious. And one of the savings we love the most is a good, low-carb Salad.
To make this Salad more special, to add more nutritions and to make it more colorful, we added Mango, Avocado, Cucumber, and some cooked Broccoli. We topped it with sriracha Mayo and Seasame seeds.

Instructions
- Cook Broccoli.
- Cut Tofu in cubes and fry in olive oil
- Cut all the veggies and fruits
- Mix Sriracha and vegan Cream cheese
- Arrange everything in a bowl and top it with the sriracha-cream cheese sauce.
- Top with Sesame Seeds
