Cold crispy-chilli oil Pasta
When we look for a fast, delicious, and special lunch, one of the first ingredients that come up in our mind is pasta. It is done in max. 10 Minutes and you can drop every sauce you like on it. And as you know, we love Asian food. It just makes us happy. And a few months ago we went out for lunch and ordered cold rice noodles with beef and chili sauce. And after the first bight, we knew: we have to find out how to cook this at home. It was THAT good.
And when we finally found out how this recipe is done, we were surprised how easy and fast you can cook this at home. We left the meat out in this recipe, as we wanted to show you something that is adaptable to everyones needs. So you can eat this with veggies, beef, chicken, Tofu or just like that.
All you need for this recipe is black Asian vinegar or balsamic vinegar, crispy-chili oil, sesame oil, soya sauce, garlic paste or fresh garlic, sugar replacement, rice pasta, cucumber, and herbs of choice. That’s it. So grab a pot, and let’s go!

- Mix all ingredients for the sauce together until well combined.
- Cook rice pasta until done
- Cut Cucumber in thin long slices and cut herbs.
- Mix sauce with pasta and add herbs and cucumber on top of it
