Gluten free Garlic Naan
Naan. This oily, full of garlic, crispy bread heaven…full of gluten. Who doesn’t like it !? As we love to go out for dinner and as we love Indian food, Garlic or Cheese Naan is a must have. But when you are allergic to dairy and gluten, you have to pass on this one.
But as finding solutions for things Shirien can not eat is our passion, we decided to recreate a Garlic Naan bread that is so good, that you won’t miss the real one.
This garlic Naan is made out of Corn flour, Rice flour, Almond milk, garlic, parsley and xan-gum (xanthan gum is a popular food additive that's added to food as a thickener or stabilizer). It is that simple. And it is that good. It takes you 20 Minutes in total to create your homemade, garlic Naan and it is worth every minute.
Of course you can adjust your garlic bread with what ever you like: cheese, flavours, herbs, onions etc. Feel free to use what ever you prefer and try out some new things.
