Ramen is a Japanese meal, based originally on meat or fish broth, with rice noodles or wheat noodles. To make it gluten-free we decided to only cook ours with rice noodles.

To make it even easier and to make it a success, no matter how advanced your cooking skills are, we added coconut milk. This will assure a creamy, delicious, and fresh taste.

Usually, Ramen is made with homemade broth, which takes a lot of time and effort. To avoid that, we use Instant paste for Beef/or beef stock cube and curry paste. It is the perfect mix to create a delicious, full of flavor and healthy Ramen. Just make sure, the Instant paste you buy is gluten-free. If you can not find a gluten-free one, you can use beef stock cubes.

This Ramen is not just gluten-free but also dairy-free, sugar-free, and full of healthy fats.
