Vegan Gnocchis

Gnocchis !!! We all love them, whether while being kids or grown ups, gnocchis always have a big success.

But when it comes to finding them gluten-free it is more a nightmare than a dream. And it is even more when you try to make a vegan meal out of it.

So we decided to do our own italian inspired, gluten-free and vegan gnocchis recipes and we are pretty proud of it !

Here is what you need: 500g potatoes, 120g of chickpea flour and the same amount of corn starch. Once done, top them with a vegan pesto and roasted pine nuts, and all you and your guests need to do is enjoy it like in you would in Italia.
