Summer Rolls

Gluten-free and dairy free

Summer Rolls are the perfect dish for a hot summer evening. They are so fast, low in calories, you can put in whatever you like, make them together with friends and everyone can eat them: vegans, people with allergies as they all can be done individually.

This time we used rice noodles, mango, avocado, beef, shrimps, surimi for David (as it contains gluten, Shirien can not eat it), cucumber, Paprika, mayo, spicy mayo, sriracha, and herbs. But as mentioned you can create histamine-free Summer rolls, you can create vegan ones with tofu… whatever you! like. And the best part is the dipping! You can dip them in any sauce you like, like Mayo, Soya Sauce, Peanut Sauce etc.
