- Cook your rice and your salmon.
- Mix your salmon with the rice, and add Soya sauce, sambal oelek, and mayonnaise
- Add rice vinegar, chives, and black sesame
- Once everything is mixed together, dip your rice paper in water
- Fill your rice paper with the rice so you have a square form, and wrap it.
- Wrap it again in a second rice paper
- Fry your dumplings.
