Vegan Falafel Wrap
When you look for a vegan option, especially for the one you can grab or easily fill a wrap with, falafel always sounds like a good idea. This specialty is born in the middle-east region and is made out of flavored chickpea balls. We definitely love it!
We found an easy recipe that is sooo delicious !! We could literally eat it all day!
For this deliciousness, you will need baked chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, flavors of choice, baking powder, and chickpea flour.
They are good to include in any, wrap, sandwich, pita bread, or just as they are as a part of a meal. For us, it will be a wrap, with the killer combo: feta, onion, salad, cucumber, and tomatoes! Enjoy!
