Gluten-free crispy chicken
Every gluten intolerant dreamt about enjoying a delicious chicken wings or tenders with a KFC-like taste !! I have been cravings KFC or crispy chicken in general since i stopped gluten for real. But i always told myself that i would find a delicious way to replace it.
And there it is, we finally found one and really enjoyed it, that is the reason why we want to share it with you.
For our gluten-free, sugar-free KFC crispy chicken, you will need : chicken breast, corn starch, cassava flour, eggs, gluten free & sugar free cornflakes, baking powder, vegan milk, and your flavor of choice.
Trust us, your wings would for sure leave an amazing impression, so tasteful and so crispy, your guests will remember them for sure.

Instructions
- Cut chicken into slices (as preferred), and flavor chicken with Salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- Prepare two portions of the flavor mix mentioned above or use flavors of choice.
- Mix Cassava flour, baking powder, corn starch, eggs, and vegan milk with one portion of the flavor mix and mix it all well together.
- Crush Cornflakes into small pieces.
- Dip the chicken into the flour-flavor mix until it is well covered and roll in the crushed cornflakes until the chicken is well covered
- Heat up the frying oil and fry the chicken slowly until golden brown
- Take the second flavor mix portion, add 2-3 spoons of the hot frying oil, mix it well and marinate the fried chicken with it.
