So when we found this recipe, we were so satisfied that we decided to share it with you. This is a coconut balls recipe, for which you will only need 4 main ingredients. They are done in 5 Minutes and more than delicious.

To prepare them you will only need coconut milk, shredded coconut, coconut oil and zero-calorie sugar, like Xucker.

They will be really helpful for long days out when you feel like you cannot wait until dinner and you need to snack something. And the coconut taste won’t make you feel like you are having one of those tasteless snacks!

Coconut balls, vegan and gluten free

Put them in the freezer to have coconut ice-cream balls

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand or in a blender
  2. Form 22 Balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
  3. Put them in the fridge for 2 Hours.
